Tennessee was wearing the Power T/“Block T” and interlocking UT with a black hat with the 1900 Tennessee baseball team. Tennessee even owns the trademark to both them, not Texas. Why are UK fans so insacure when it comes to Tennessee? Is it owning your football, and Baseball programs, or is it having more success than UK MBB over the last 7 years?
Either way, not only does Texas copy Tennesseec but UK started copying daddy when they tried to start using the checkered board design with their football uniforms.

tejas block burnt t, interlocking u t with no breaks because it’s cheaper and easier to draw.
The lawsuit said east of the Mississippi that Tennessee owns the rights to UT and the SEC is obviously based east of the Mississippi so the Vols are UT with legal recognition of the power T and interlocking logo.
Meanwhile UK is still just a more enthusiastic Vandy now. Can’t compete in the major sports but we’re good at basketball at some point.
