I mean this is getting into tenner territory. They love talking smack but make themselves look silly. What gives?

Maybe OSU fans really believe their football team will beat UGA.

I don't really know what to expect.

For 11.85/12 games this year, I thought we could beat anyone in the country. Then I watched our entire team quit for the last seven minutes of the season after getting punched in the mouth.

If that happens in The Game, I don't know why it'd be any different against Georgia.

We have the talent to win, but I don't know if we have the team to win.

I don't know, a couple of seemingly troll posts have said you guys haven't seen a real defense yet. If you're scared say you're scared, if not, go all retard in like dèeprig.

I think you have that with some fans that talk smack about their team. There's always some that look like idiots. It's hard to say what Ohio State team will show up to play against Georgia. It all depends on if Day/Knowles is willing to adjust in game. If not then it maybe a long night for Ohio State. Here it is the last day of the year! College football is today and the season is just about done! That went by way too fast! Happy New Year Everyone! Have a great weekend!

Ohio has 11.7M people and pretty much all of them are Ohio State fans regardless of where (or if) they went to college. Compare that to South Carolina, which has a population of 5.2M and that state's CFB fandom is split between two P5 schools.

Anecdotal, but I worked with a guy who played rugby at BGSU yet Ohio State was the only team he would plan his college football watching around.

Ohio is also typical of other rust belt states in that it is losing population, so those Ohio State fans are leaving their home, and having more IRL interaction with non-Tosu/B1G fans, so it isn't just retards being retards on the internet.

Out of a population that large, there are going to be some idiots. Including the guy I mentioned above, I'd say half of the Ohio State people I know actually understand football. The rest just pull for Ohio State the same way most Cowboys fans pull for Dallas.

If Ohio State comes out slinging the ball they can win. I think we put too much pressure on Stroud for him to get comfortable, so they need some short passes and then their WRs to break a long run.

I do tend to think that Ohio State has the best chance to beat us and can win the game. Michigan will have the revenge factor if we get past Ohio State and they get past TCU.

I'll be looking forward to an exciting game.

In the Florida Panhandle, you can watch the t-shirts change like the seasons. Florida, Florida State, Bama, now Georgia.

You're describing people, not Ohio.

Day will have no problem calling plenty of those.

A lot of people think the way to beat us is by going deep. While we are not as overpowering as last year at sacking the QB, we get tons of pressure on the QB, forcing them to get rid of the ball quicker than they would like or take the sack.

I suspect we will come out running the ball on offense and pressuring the QB on defense. If OSU can get the ball out quick you'll move the ball on us....or if you can keep us from getting pressure on your QB it could mean trouble for us.

Not gonna lie. I am nervous about this game....but I usually take a generally negative view of our chances in big games anyway.
