SC's fitness center is named after Strom Thurmond.
by your logic, black kids will not go to that fitness center or even attend USC. but they do.

Let's assume a firm in Atlanta is hiring. They don't have graduates from Clemson or Florida as bosses, so they're neutral.
Assume you have a Clemson graduate and Florida graduate apply for the same job. I bet if you ask who they're going to hire, most would say that they are going hire the Florida graduate that applies 1000 over a Clemson graduate.
The programs themselves? Probably very similar. But the stigma of hiring a Florida graduate looks a million times better than the stigma of a Clemson graduate. You're hill people at the end of the day.

pretty sure there are more Clemson grads working in ATL than Florida. Lot of rich kids out of ATL attend CLemson given it is only 2 hours away.
you have no idea how employers view Clemson and the truth is they view all large public universities the same.
i don't think you actually attended FLorida or any university because you talk about large public universities as though they are high schools or communit ycolleges. You appear to be a redneck sidewalk fan.
CLemson draws students from all over the state and the country. the most represented metro at Clemson is probably Charleston which isn't 'hill country'. When they graduate, most of them are not living in the Clemson area.
Clemson is no more hilly than Atlanta, it is not in the Appalachian mountains.

I graduated from Florida in 2008 and attended there when we were on one of the greatest runs in major college sports history.

How is that sexist?
Title IX says women get equal opportunity to play sports, and the NCAA tries to figure out which ones to support. The parent organization runs things while the process shakes out. Some sports make it while others fall by the wayside. Equestrian has long passed the NCAA's time limit, so I'm not sure what's happening there.

anybody who thinks Clemson is mostly students from the area right around Clemson did not attend a major university. lol I would never say that Uni of Florida is just students from around Gainesville. lol

i've said this numerous times, and i understand you and others are just trolling me, but I have no problem with them chaning the name of the building from Tillman to something else. I have proposed naming it after Watson. lol
