Why can't LSU win more games with the best college QB since Burrow?

Because their defense is historically bad and their coach is Butch Jones' teacher.
Taught him everything he knows. Let that sink in for a bit.
I'm looking at LSU's schedule and trying to figure out how they fare in 2024 and boy, it's not pretty.
LSU will open with USC (pac 10) followed by a cupcake then UCLA, Arky, UF, Oklahoma and Bama followed by Ole Miss, SC abd Aggies

My prediction is there ain't no way LSU is getting above 5 wins next year in year 3 of BK's tenure.

1) We suck big time on the road
2) We have Joe Milton you have JD
3) LSU isn't bad this year overall because of their offense, but there will be a much bigger drop off for you next year than what we experienced this year.
Good luck trying to replace JD. Nabers is likely gone as well.

LSU with no JD and Daniels and one of the worst defenses in CFB = 5 to 6 wins maximum.
Vols are on pace for an 9 win season absolute worst case scenario because we excel at our bowl games.
I'd say that's not terrible considering what we lost from an already thin overall roster from last year.

We are beating UGA this weekend. Watch.
UGA is brimming with talent but they are very beatable in road games this year and this weekend will be their toughest road environment/test in a good while.
How will Beck respond to the noise and our pass rush is the question.
Bama would slice through UGA pike butter if they played right now and LSU would give them fits as well imo.

I know you're trolling but this schedule shouldn't be overlooked. Bands & Ole Miss with 2 veteran QBs looks to be 2 losses already off the top. OU will probably be down but UF should be better. That's at least 3 losses
