Why can't I watch ole Miss game on ESPN app?

Telling me I need to upgrade media and contact my provider. I can watch all the other games. It's on squeeze play. Just can't watch the actual game

Have you logged in with your provider? It’s on ESPNU not ESPN+.

I’ve been watching Bama game on YouTube. Might be able to find games there.
