Auburn is due to win one of these tough matchups because they are legit and their lines especially their Dline is NFL talent. The ball has not bounced their way and have been very close in all three losses to very good teams with two of them being the visiting team.
The fact that it is in BDS has some weight bc the QB is young, but I think he is no longer and could even be thought of now as battle tested.

Bama's defense has been showing improvement, especially against the run as of late. They just have to keep Nix from hurting them running with it on passing downs.
Mac Jones has to keep his cool. I look for Aubie to come with the kitchen sink, and they can get torched doing it if they are not careful. The OLine has to play a great game, and they do have it in them.

They do this with every game. Part of it is the record. They see 8-3 and assume they’re not that good. But that makes no sense right? Both teams had close losses to LSU, but Auburn’s was a road loss. Their other two are to UGA and UF, two top 10 level teams, with one on the road. Alabama’s East opponents were Tennessee and South Carolina. Auburn also has a better win than any Alabama win, beating Oregon to start the season.
Does that mean Auburn wins? Not at all, but it tells me this will be a battle.

First time in the history of me that I hope auburn (can’t use upper case) wins a sporting event. Bama doesn’t deserve another free pass.
