Yeah it was definitely a nebraska/iowa state copy/paste. it's been so long now none of those boards are still alive.
I don't really hear it as much anymore, not that it ever bothered me. I would just prefer a good joke at least make sense.

It's something about Baton Rouge smelling like corndogs?
I never really understood it, and have a hard time understanding why that's a bad thing. Corndogs are delicious.
Of all the stereotypes given to SEC fanbases, I'd rather be called a corndog than a cousin fricker, that's for sure.

To me either. You couldn't find a corndog within 15 miles of LSU. We may smell like gumbo or jambayla. Or BBq. Or fried fish. But never a corndog.

I've explained this a few times. LSU fans=carnival workers aka carnies. Corndogs and funnel cakes are the staple foods of the carnival so it was either corndogs or funnel cakes. Deepblue(the Auburn poster who started it) went with corndogs and that's how it all started

That’s fair. Though sidewalk fans from all schools tend to be the worst. Not always, but generally.
