re: Why all the haters?

There's been an increase of Bama folks and Lsu folks lately posting in here, don't you think?

LSU folks seem about the same in quantity...there are definitely more Bama fans than before. Difference is that the class of new posters (Bama) are not quite on the rational level you and several others are. The LSU posters are just getting pissy because they are part of the small but vocal contingent that hate all things Miles and are realizing he "ain't goin' no where" so they are venting on Bama for obvious reasons.

I don't know what he is thinking. He may or may not truly understand. I get it, but some may not as LSU hasn't been much of a heated rival until recently. This really had nothing to do with this thread....just saying that you need to realize that we are not the only ones that flame. This is the SEC rant and that is a place for all fans to talk....not just a specific team board. There has never been this much hate between our two fanbases until Saban came along and believe me I understand it. There seems to be a lot of people who are hypocrites. It is okay for one to do it, but not the other. Then they call out one and not the other.

That's the point I'm trying to make. I agree that if some of this stuff was posted on a rivals fan board it would be deleted, but those boards are solely their own and does not have a place for another teams fans. This place has the SEC rant, a place for all fans of the SEC to come talk. Only point I was trying to make. I can understand you guys getting upset at some of the things are posted, hell I do too and sometimes I wish the admins wouldn't be so lenient on some things. This is the best board around.

I thought you were talking about his post in this thread about why people were not pulling for us in the NC game. That is the reason why I said I don't know what he was thinking on his reasoning for asking that.
