Of those I have seen, I would include Cam, Tebow and Elway, but the most amazing college quarterback was Archie

Cam Newton: That one season he put the team on his shoulders and just willed Auburn to wins. His season was the best I have seen. If we are ranking by careers he drops a few spots b/c he just did it for one season.
Danny Wuerffel: Probably the best passer of the bunch. His teams won four SEC championships and a national championship.
Tim Tebow: Incredible, he could just put his head down and plow. Possibly the best leader of the bunch.
Vince Young: So clutch. Kind of like Johnny Football, but his teams won championships.
Michael Vick: Absolutely amazing to watch.
Charlie Ward: Such a gifted athlete, and he won the natty. I didn't watch him as much as I watched the others, so I'm not sure where exactly to rank him.
Matt Leinart: Great numbers, and his teams won championships. Of course he had lots of help from teammates and coaches.
Peyton Manning: Had all the tools and fantastic numbers, but couldn't beat Florida, so he gets dinged a few spots.
Johnny Manziel: One of the most entertaining to watch. So many plays I had to just stop and rewind to see what he did. He obviously never won a championship so he drops a few spots.
I am too young to have seen Archie Manning, Pat Sullivan, or Steve Spurrier play.
