Not sure why we are acting like home floor means anything this year, though
It still means something but I agree that it's not as much of a factor this season as normally

Maybe in small gyms.
Tennessee has played and shot better on the road so far.

Hate to say it, but Bama looks like a second weekend tourney team

TBA has virtually no home court advantage this year.

Auburn beats Bama by 8-10 with Powell in the lineup

Is this true? Sorry I dont keep up with basketball that much.

It hasn’t been confirmed yet but it’s pretty much the belief of most of the coaches in the league.

Too high risk heading into the bubble in Indy.

Concussed and hasn’t played in 4.5 SEC Games now. He’s an elite shooter so he’s missed badly.

Kentucky hates elite shooters from the commonwealth. Especially the 3 star variety.

Bama shot 38% from 2 in that game which is their lowest mark of the season.
Yeah, imagine if they'd made their layups.

Probably had a lot to do with Pons swatting 5 in a 2 minute stretch.

Ok...well then give us Quinerly in that game. And time for us to look at film on Sharife and game plan for him

That didn't help for sure. It's too bad they refused to call any fouls on him after he got into foul trouble. Bama might have run away with it they had.

Guess they decided not to after they realized they screwed him with 4 fouls. Pons fouls at a really low rate. 1.3/game this season.

Yeah, it seemed like somebody told the refs that after he got 4 fouls. "That LOOKED like a foul, but I've been told he doesn't foul," the perplexed refs thought to themselves as Pons played on.

Sure I guess. Most people just aren’t used to a guy with that kind of ability erasing shots that are normally sure things.

He got away with multiple (egregious) charges and over-the-back fouls in the second half.
