Not even LSU fans truly believe Orgeron is a good coach. They know he’s done a good job of getting out of the way, and he’s likable. Aloof, has a schtick. Could be worse

Also, dont know why this gets you upset?
No program is untouchable, anyone can fall off a cliff.
If I had told you 20 years ago that Nebraska would be irrelevant (not just not winning a title, but totally irrelevant on the landscape), I'd have been ridiculed beyond belief. They played in a bowl game every year from 1969 to 2003.

When Bob Devaney (1962–72, 101–20–2, 0.829) was hired from Wyoming, he immediately turned around Nebraska's football fortunes. He led the Cornhuskers to a 9–2 record in his first season, capping it with the school's first bowl win, beating Miami in the 1962 Gotham Bowl. This was the first of 40 consecutive winning seasons for the Cornhuskers,

Tom Osborne (1973–1997, 255–49–3, 0.836) subsequently became Nebraska's longest-tenured coach, ending with the fourth-highest winning percentage in major college football history. In his 25 seasons, Osborne never won fewer than nine games, secured 13 conference titles, and only coached three games where the Cornhuskers were not in the AP Top 25
3 GAMES, in 25 years.
And yet, they have become fricked up now.

I think I’d go with Stoops also. But it’s hard to argue CEO being a great fit at LSU.
