Wilson was slow. But he could really hit and tackle. He was also a leader. So that combination will be missed.

We also lost both starting CBs, Gaines and Ponder; Gaines will be the one really missed. Plus the starting free safety, White, and another starting LB, Donovan Bonner. But, there backups saw significant playing time, and there may not be a big drop- off there talent-wise. At LB, we return Brothers, Ruise, Scherer, and Newsome from the 2-deep, and White's backup, Duron Singleton, was considered the better athlete, he was just not as experienced as a juco transfer. He'll be very strong next season.

Yeah, Nukeese was a real brainiac. There's no way you can be serious.

I'll just throw Travis Henry out there and you tell us again that UT doesn't lower it's standards. A box of rocks has a higher IQ.

the king of bad grammar and spelling is trying to teach me something. That's funny.

Lane was the starter.

Tenn. says otherwise.

It could have went either way.

Neal's +100 carries suggest otherwise.

Lane was the starter until he couldn't go for the uga game and Neal took advantage of the situation.

Again that's completely false. You have no evidence. The stats and the official game notes from Tenn. submitted to the SEC say otherwise.

You know, he may be right, a school with standards like UT may not have to drop them. If Al Wilson, Travis Henry and Nukeese can get in without dropping their standards then that says a lot about UT.

Dude. Someone that is a Tennessee fan tell this moron that Marlin Lane was the starter until the UGA game and Neal took over. Neal had fumble problems and was 2nd string until the uga game because Marlin Lane was hurt.

Yeah cuz UF having super brilliant Percy Harvins and the whole thugs of the meyer era all made the DEANS list lol....

It is fact that TENNESSEE is only one of 7 schools that don't allow kids to be admitted that read on a 8th grade level. Alabama was leading the nation with 19 guys that had to be specially admitted to get in. Tennessee is one of 7 schools that don't allow this SPECIAL ADMISSIONS loophole. They need to drop it and level the playing field

Respond to my post above.

Why would Tenn coaches give neal 100+ more carries?

Why would Tenn list him as the starter?

I think what would go a long way toward a turnaround would be an emphasis on fewer TOs on offense. Yeah, it would probably be an ugly, ball control offense, but that's what you need with that D IMO.

That's what Florida's tried to run for 3 years under Boom, the fanbase is in full revolt and hated it even when in worked in 2012, if the HUNH that Roper is putting in fails Boom is gone. Honestly unless Florida wins 9 in the regular season he's gone.

Someone please explain to this moron. Lane was the starter because Neal kept fumbling. But before the UGA game Lane got hurt. Then Neal started and split 50/50 with Lane after that.

I'm not saying you have to line up in the I and run the ball between the tackles all day. There are plenty of ways to control the ball. No doubt, though, the previous system was shite

UT admissions standards are so low it's not necessary. That's pretty clear.

UGA: Where our higher standards have supplied other SEC schools with stud athletes for over a decade.

Can you explain this statement? Cuz Tennessee has higher standards for admission for student athletes.

The entire fanbase is not in full revolt at all.

Most want Boom to find a way to succeed but if he can't get it done, he can pound sand.

You haven't explained anything other than you don't know what you're talking about.

I'll break it down for you.

Marlin Lane was the starter. He beat Neal out bacuse Neal couldn't hold on to the ball. Neal still got carries but wasn't the starter. Marlin Lane got injured before the UGA game. Missed a couple games. Neal started since the UGA game and they split 50/50 since the uga game.

If Tennessee admissions are low then UF's are lower. Can you not read? Here you go...

This guy has gone full retard. Lane was the starter. Neal didn't begin to start until the UGA game. Lane missed two games. Neal capitalized on the chance to start and didn't look back. You're wrong and can just keep blabbering on...
