Two seasons is a real trend.
Of course, it had nothing to do with the team struggling in big games. It was just that Fournette isn't really good. Only Alabama backs are great because they win big games.

Fournette is a very freakish athlete that happens to play running back. He gets by being bigger and faster than most of his competition. He is not a great player and you will see that in the NFL. When he plays against NFL caliber defenses he gets shut down completely. That doesn't happen to "great" running backs every time. Guice looks like an elite guy at running back. I like him better than Fournette.

He's never faced an "NFL caliber defense"

He has faced a defense that 95% of will be in the NFL and who play NFL schemes. Point is that against players of that caliber he is shite. No offense....

Lol so he's a freakish athlete who's bigger and faster than everyone else, yet he's not a great player? Got it...what a contradictory statement.

There is more to being a "great" player than measurable. See Trent Richardson.

Yeah. We know. Bo was the best back last year.

He only had great performances against below average defenses. Henry played his best football against the best defenses in 2015. I am not saying the young man isn't a good football player. Clearly he is really good. I just don't see greatness when I see him play like you probably do.

Too many variables for success.
Does he get a great O-Line?
on a balanced attack team?
with a solid offense?
etc.
etc.
You would be better served starting a fantasy thread of what if's with all things being equal.

Last season, we couldn't pass the ball for shite. Everyone knew that LF7 was getting the ball, and everyone with half a brain knows that this played a huge role in his lackluster games last season. Miles put that same shitty offense on the field to start the season. Our running game improved after Miles got fired, but Fournette was still running on the high ankle sprain. That's just the kind of injury that can make a difference between an 50 yard game and 150 yard game against a good defense. What significant challenges did Henry face last season? I mean it really is pretty easy to understand, but gumps still can't seem to get it.

LF didn't want to go to bama because he didn't want to end up like Mark, Trent, Eddie, TJ and now Derrick.....
Mark $16 million
Trent $20.488 million
Eddie $3.4 million
TJ $5.1 million
Derrick $5.4 million
I hope LF7 doesn't end up a broke arse like the five Bama RB's you named. Those guys have to be starving now, based on the contract amounts listed.
