99.9% of running backs in college and the NFL would sit behind demarco Murray

Bro there were games last year where Henry carried the ball 35-40 times. Everyone knew he was getting the ball. The difference is that Derrick Henry delivered when his team needed a player to step up. He put 200+ on your Louisiana State team while Fournette stutter stepped for 31. Leonard is a good back with great measurables. He isn't great though. I really think you guys see more in him than what is actually there. Nothing wrong with that though, we are all prone to that.

A&M 19 touches 146 yards-----36 touches 202 yards

UK 15 touches 40 yards

USC 23 touches 183 yards

Wisky 8 touches 18 yards------26 touches for 176 yards

There are lots of downright shitty defenses on that list dude. Ole Miss? Syracuse? We know he a made his living against defenses like that.

When a running back gets 180 yards, or 176 yards, and you somehow insinuate the loss is on him, you deserve to go make me a fricking sandwich and stay in the kitchen with my wife

The arrogance of LSU fans that still exists, even after watching an NFL style defense at Bama shut down Fournette year after year, is astounding.
The ignorance of Bama fans is attributed to having a double digit football IQ and the severe inability of being objective. The idiocy of discrediting Fournette's distinct talent based on poor rushing stats from a couple games against Bama is sheer lunacy. When the Minnesota Vikings played division rival Green Bay Packers in the past there were games that AP was shutdown by the Packers defense. In what world is it logical to define AP's talent and claim he's overrated based on a few games as a professional.

All threads involving Fournette on this board have one thing in common and that's Bama posters being critical of LF7. They contribute with baseless posts that he has padded stats against inferior talent which happens to be all SEC defenses not named Alabama. The majority of them enjoy posting "30 yds on 19 attempts" and loudly proclaim he's overrated. When Fournette is hit behind the LOS on 14 of his 19 attempts this carries no weight in their decision. LSU's O-Line is pushed off the LOS two yards into the backfield all night and all they see is #7 can't gain any positive yards. It takes a complete team with elite athletes to match up and have success against Alabama (especially rushing). I don't know many Bama fans but I genuinely hope the Bama posters on this board aren't representative of the majority fan base.

First of all I like Henry (Bama fans) but Fournette is the better talent and athlete. Fournette is a projected top 10 NFL Draft pick while Henry was a 2nd round pick at #45 overall and the Heisman Trophy winner. Being a better prospect doesn't automatically translate into a better NFL career.
The team you play on today in the NFL has a huge impact on your individual success IMHO. Fournette will be drafted fairly high by a team that's possibly struggling. So, we'll have to wait and see how he does.

Whoever has the better offensive line and game plan. Neither will be successful if they don't have a good OL and a passing game that can keep the defense honest.

Henry played 4 top 10 defenses in 2015. He averaged 168 per game. He had 8 TDs. These are the numbers Leonard never had. He's a fine running back. It is what it is.

And Leonard will have more zeros on his signing bonus check. He will also be taken in the first round. Those are the numbers Henry will never have. He's a fine running back though. It is what it is.

Please quote where I said he wouldn't have a better career. Just asking opinions. I think LF is better talent if your asking. But DH is not far behind if any and seems more durable. Can't do much sitting on a bench

In boogers one and only great season, he go over 50% of his yards against the 128th and dead last rushing defense in Eastern Michigan, 127th in Texas Tech, 100th in USCe, 92nd in Syracuse, and WKU.
