I've heard of defensive efficiency in terms of yards per play or points per play or points per drive.
Defensive QB efficiency rating is obvious.
I can't say I'm familiar with your stat.

The only information I've found indicates that Jon Fabris actually ran the special teams during that time period.
Fabris ran the meeting room.
Richt didn't have a special teams coordinator. So each coach would take a unit.
The three musketeers (jancek, fabris, and Willie martinez) all were fired in December 2009.

It’s a new season. Great QB play is one of the major keys to winning it all. Not sure UGA will have the QB play to win it all this year.

For one LSU didn’t even have probably half the scholarship players on their team as UGA. But congrats on beating your chests anyway.
