The only teams we should even consider are UNC, Duke, Clemson, Virginia, and Notre Dame.

I think you try to pull the North Carolina schools. Makes sense in almost all sports, great academics as well without making the geography hell like the Big Ten is doing.

Georgia Tech and Tulane will never be welcomed back in the SEC. Suwanee either for that matter.

You want to send a shot across the bow, go get Oregon with their huge brand and then go get Utah. Yeah Utah, Salt Lake is booming and loaded with money.

The academic prestige and revenue generated on the research side makes your statement highly unlikely.

UNC and Virginia would be good additions and would also limit the Big 10's options of expanding south since they seem to value AAU membership.
