There have been bright spots, but all in all I close my eyes on FGs.

From an article written three weeks into 2018, right after new starting PK Austin Jones was fired for starting 50% on FGs and missing 3 XPs through 2 games. Things haven't gotten a whole lot more comforting since. Hopefully, Bulovas makes huge strides and/or Reichard heals and avoids having the typical highly recruited Bama PK lobotomy.

I'm sure UA has to have one of the worst missed PAT %s among P5 schools over that time as well.

Keihl Frazier was definitely worse than Jeremy Johnson. Johnson at least has that 1st half against Arkansas.

Jake Holland would have been a fine career backup, so I’m hesitant to include him, but it certainly wasn’t the high point in Auburn linebacker play

You’re wrong but ok. Rickey was a very solid safety.

No he wasn’t go rewatch 2015 LSU vs Florida, go watch him all that year he was a disaster. We had an elite defense but he was the weak link who teams targeted

It still baffles me that Andrew Hatch was a starting QB at LSU.

Brandon Harris or Anthony Jennings....a terrible low of all lows

And the fact that I cant figure out which is worse is scary.

Several years ago it would have been poor Brandon Allen who was completely awful in tight games. Then, surprisingly, he turned into a super clutch player with the right coach.

Nick Starkel, bless him, had all the physical tools you could ask for... and was an absolute basket case as soon as he faced any adversity. One bad throw, picked off or not, and his confidence would collapse faster than Bert Bielema's sobriety at a bar.

In his very limited defense, he wasn't helped at all by having Chad and his pet OC coaching him. Every QB, every one of them, fell into the same pattern at Arkansas under Chad. Come off the bench as the backup, getting very limited attention from the staff, and look really good. Then get the full attention of the staff and look like the drizzling poo the very next game. If we had been able to hide our QBs during the week so they couldn't get "coached up" we probably would have won quite a few more games.

Demetrius Hookifin or Danny McRay, the matter of which carved out an NFL career which makes me think that’s really on Chief

Rick Clausen is another. I’m convinced Saban put him in the game just to shut everyone up about him when Marcus Randall was having ups and downs.

I would put Hatch above both Brandon Harris and Rick Clausen easy.

FIFY

In McCray's defense, the Malveto experiment insisted on lining him up 1v1 on the other team's better receivers. Manning McCray, a safety, up on Percy fricking Harvin should have been cause for immediate firing.

George Godsey wasn’t bad. That dude Nesbitt ran the option well too.

Craziest stat on that sheet is that we only attempted 40 FG combined in 2012 & 2013. The Kick-Six and 9-6 game vs LSU must have really done a number on Coach Saban.

Nah. Boston College owns that designation.

However, I assumed it would be the worst in the SEC, at least.

But compared to Bama’s 96.9%: Kentucky (96.2%), Florida (96.3%), and Ole Miss (96.5%) surprisingly have been worse in the conference since ‘07. Didn’t expect that.
