OP isn't a gamecock fan

Yup, he is a TCU fan.
Which of course is weird.

I strongly believe that home field advantage has almost zero effect in the SEC.

Not a flame, but I strongly disagree with you.

I thought BD was pretty overrated when I went a few years ago when they were playing Arkansas. I've been to Ole Miss games that were much louder tbh. And tiger stadium is way more intimidating.

Tiger Stadium and it isn't close. Bama has lost there less than 10 times in its history. You can't say Bryant Denny because no one rates BDS.

I never knock Williams Brice because Gamecock fans show up no matter what. Place has always been sold out and for 95% of their history! they've sucked more years than not.
We've had pretty good success at WB over the years but I agree 100% on cock fans. Sell out during an O-Fer SEC losing streak and STILL rage to sandstorm every game. Best fan base in the SEC.

I don't recall people talking about Bama's huge home field advantage

TigerCruise is extremely obsessed with USC
Why are there so many posters here more concerned with another team rather than their own?

Pretty much. It has a very small effect if any. Fans want to feel like they're on the team and make some huge impact on the game. Aside from the occasional offsides or delay of game it doesn't do much

The OP asked a question, I'm sorry the answer does not bode well with you.

Don't try so hard

A&M has beaten TCU 23 times in a row. I understand why he hates us so much.

People I know irl always hype it up as something otherworldly it seems.

If you let the crowd get to you, then you have no business playing in the SEC. This isn't Central America or the Eastern Bloc. You aren't in any danger. The difference in crowd noise at field level at different SEC stadiums isn't going to make much of a difference.

I think the energy level in the stadium does effect on field play and recruiting.

Recruiting, yes. Field play, absolutely not. The energy level will have the same effect on both teams so it's a wash. All the players hear is noise. One team isn't going to play worse just because the crowd is against them.

1972. The last time TCU beat A&M.

Recruiting it definitely has an impact when players are on visits. I dunno I'm not sold that it effects the energy level much. Maybe on a couple select plays, like a fourth and short or something, it adds a little, but I don't really think so
