Do you really think Trent is gone after this year?

I am of the opinion that unless it is a crazy good year, he stays

Absolutely. RBs know their days are numbered. That position more than any other should leave as soon as possible for the NFL. Barring an injury or a really bad individual season, Richardson is long gone after this year.

Auburn should be losing 3 starters all together.

CB-Akeem Auguste
LB-Rodney Paulk

RBs have short careers as it is in the NFL. No use going through another year of abuse in the SEC when he can be in the NFL.

State loses:

4/5 on the OL
Relf
Ballard
Charles Mitchell- SS
and Fletcher Cox probably leaves early for the draft

We'll be ok at RB and SS- but replacing most of our OL and Relf will be a damn chore

We should have 11 Starters on Offense and 11 Starters on Defense returning next season.

All starters this year have game time from 2010.

Returning for 2012
Offense
RB Gillislee
FB Burton
WR Hines
WR Debose
WR Hammond Jr
TE Reed
LT Nixon
LG Koehne
C Harrison
RG Halapio
RT Patchan

Defense
Buck Powell
DT Hunter
Nose Easley
DE Floyd
Will Jenkins
Mike Bostic
Sam McCray
CB Brown
CB Riggs
LS Evans
RS Elam

Many positions have a backup with game time as well.

Technically, Bama could lose every starter on offense and defense if AJ starts and CJ plays behind Nico because all are draft eligible.

But I only expect:

Darius Hanks
Marquis Maze
Brad Smelley
Trent Richardson
Will Vlachos
Josh Chapman
Jerrell Harris
Courtney Upshaw
Donta Hightower
Dre Kirkpatrick
DeQuan Menzie
Mark Barron

I'm still on the fence about Robert Lester...

LSU will lose 4 starters on offense (2 OL, QB, and TE), and 4 on defense (DE, 2 LB's, and Safety)

So, 7 returning starters on offense and 7 returning starters on defense.

Damn, I knew Florida had bad QB play, but I didn't think you guys would just drop the position.

We have a SR-R and 3 Freshman QBs this year. Unless JB gets pulled, he will be the starter. Thus, no Returning Starter at QB.

I saw your list on the previous page. So how are you returning 11 starters on each side of the ball?

Different sets have different skill positions. Each skill position has an assigned starter, though he may not be on the field for the first play. i.e. Burton is the starting FB. If we don't run any plays that require a FB, he does not get used in the position. He IS, however, still the starter in that skill.

That's how.

I guess it make sense if you run a lot of different formations, but saying 11 returning starters on both sides of the ball sounds misleading.
