Given that, and the fact that we had so many injuries, not really worried.
Alabama has injuries every year, they're the only team that has them.

Especially since despite all that, only lost to LSU by 5.
LSU probably should've lost that game given how many gimme touchdowns they gave Bama.

Especially the one where Stingley wasn’t paying attention looking to the sidelines when Smith went uncovered

We don’t lose 6 starters every year.

Stingley was that bad huh

It was probably the worst game they played in 2019, only one close was maybe Auburn.

LSU was much better than Bama in that game and it should never had ended that close, fact

Then why was it close, dumbass.

That many injuries is not normal. Alabama started more freshman than any other team in college football last year.
The ILB position is basically the QB of a Saban defense, and we were starting a 3rd string True freshman there. And next to him at the other ILB was another freshman.
We've lost guys many years, Hightower, Jackson, Mosley, etc. It's much easier to replace 1 guy than it is the majority of your front 7.

Discussing Stingley apparently makes you a troll.
So, not sure why you are trolling LSU fans.

You mean you guys were looking good when Alabama was turning the ball over constantly, and then didn't look so great when they didn't?
Interesting analysis.

If you're counting Lee as a third stringer then you're saying Harris would've started anyway so the true freshman thing sounds lame since he earned his spot, much like Stingley. LSU was missing just as many starters on defense vs Bama for what its worth.

I'm just saying LSU probably played its worst game of the year against Bama. This narrative that Bama's worst team in a decade took LSU's GOAT team's best effort and still only lost by five is a load of bullshite.

Harris would’ve been fine if Moses was healthy. Instead we had two clueless freshmen leading the defense with a freshman D-line in front of them.
Which one of LSU’s starters equaled the impact of losing Moses?

That was clearly the Auburn game. Bama played a terrible game with their worst team in a decade and still only lost by 5.

You only lost by 5 because LSU straight up gave you 21 points.

After what DeVonta Smith did to him last year, this is good news.
Meh. 40% of the dude's yards came on a play that is basically a statistical anomaly.
Stingley had 2 SEC road games under his belt up to that point.
After that game, he allowed 99 yards over the last 6 games of the season. Sophomore CB Patrick Surtain II allowed 90 yards in his last 2 games.
Bad games happen to lockdown CBs like Stingley. Stephon Gilmore allowed 119 yards vs the Dolphins last year.

Which 3 TDs did you “give us”

The two to Smith and the Waddle return.

Most of that was on a bullshite one-handed catch by Williams.

Huh? I think you got some words mixed up in there or something, I'm not following.

You think Alabama played it's best game when our QB was fumbling the ball without being touched in the redzone, our punter fumbling a snap and then our QB throwing an interception on 1st down from our own 26 with 20 seconds left in the game?
Seriously, none of that was really LSU causing anything. Some credit for the interception before half, but really that's just a poor decision that shouldn't have been made to start with.

Very generous definition of giving. Waddle was facemasked and he still managed to score the TD. Smith was roasting Stingley all night so you can’t act like they were flukes.

Not really, the LSU mistakes directly resulted in points though, the only one of yours that come close was the interception right before half.
