Honestly, I'm not sure. To me, it's almost less about staff quality than about whether there's an advantage to playing a team you know versus playing a team you don't really know.

Gotta get one win vs. a highly talented team before we think about the Aggies or the Sooners. I'm just praying whoever we start today doesn't get shelled.

Good. Derek Diamond would get shelled in the third inning and the game would be over. I'm fine throwing Derek for an inning or two later in the game if we need him, but if we can avoid having to pitch him at all, that would be ideal.

I would think they'd want ATM, a team they are familiar with.
