Actually, you're right, just reminded me that he probably sat out for selfish future draft purposes, at least it looked like he could have played if he was tough, haha, I remember being at the bar saying bro freaking play ya soft arse, haha.

What I remember most about that game is Muschamp's defense getting shredded for like 220 rushing yards between both Ingram and Richardson despite supposedly having the best rushing defense in the country. Should've been a warning sign for Foley.

They were facing 2009 big12 “rushing” offenses

Bama lined up under center and went right at them, with talented linemen and backs.

Don’t think Texas was used to that.

Okie St had the 22nd most rushing yards that season but they no longer had Dez Bryant
Texas A&M was 29th (184.2 YPG). They had 190 against Texas.
Iowa St and K St both averaged 180 rushing YPG but didn't play Texas.
