Brightest IMMEDIATE future? Last I checked only one team in the SEC was playing in the National Championship in a little over a month.

You guys need to realize State is going to be a factor every season in the near future.
16 returning starters in 2011- 9 on offense, 7 defense...only played 2 freshman out of last year's recruiting class..top 20 recruiting class this Febuary...
And it's only getting better

I bet Tennessee wins the SEC again before State does.

Which is exactly why MSU won't win the SEC. They'll never make it to Atlanta. With the East being weak, UT can slip into Atlanta, which gives them at least a puncher's chance of winning the SEC.
