random.. but did you all know that if you have a crick in your neck you shouldn't turn your head to work it out.. it tears the torn ligament further..

I don't get the SNuggie phenominon personally. my parents gave me one, and it bothers me too much to use it.

lol @ finishing the tear.. i thought it helped too.. i have a bad one now.. and researched because the day after i stretched it to work it 'out' i woke up and couldn't move my damn neck.. so basically you have to keep your neck still for a coupla days..
