Yes right this very second State has the better football team and administration, but we're completely cleaning house. We've been in 2 years of pure shite, but let look at the past 20 years. It was a pretty even and good rivalry in the 90s to be sure, but 2000s we were undoubtably the stronger program. You have to give it at least 4 years before you say it's unarguable State is better.
