Which is more pathetic?

1980 or Tennessee basketball never having made it to a final four? Both are pretty bad and just by speaking to fans of both programs you would never think either would be true.

In all fairness, LSU is spoiled.
Same with Bama.
Y’all’s university is one of the few—in the scheme of things/percentage wise—who’ve won a recent national championship.
If we start gauging success by that metric, the majority of the teams in the country are losers.
Same with Final Four appearances.
Tennessee has an incredible athletic program; and were they not already in the SEC, you’d want to snag ‘em in an expansion.
Same with Bama.

Well, I dislike Tennessee as much as any sentient being, but they did when eight games this season and are on a six game winning streak.
Closing out the season with a face shattering pummeling of Indiana is not a bad way to end the year.

LSU just doesn't know how to win and handle success because they have been such a pitiful team over the course of decades.
They win a NC and their fans collectively splooge their pantaloons, shite in their ettouffee, and even their players act like insolent buffoons drunk on a small taste of glory.
