Both are located in states rich with talent (although Georgia is slightly better), both have contiguous states rich in talent (Florida and Texas), and both don't really have major power 5 competition within their respective states. I'm going to go with Georgia simply because Georgia is in the East.

Georgia is probably better for a few reasons, but who fricking cares? they're both top 10 jobs, so it's a wash.

I would argue that players taken in the draft and on NFL rosters makes Louisiana the better spot for in state talent.

Georgia is probably better for longevity being in the East.

There are way more 4 and 5 stars out of Georgia every year than Louisiana.

I thought per capita Louisiana ranked first in NFL players? Also FYI, GT is an in state D1 school.

4 and 5 stars don't want to go to GT and run the triple option. Per capita doesn't mean anything when your state only has 4 million people. Pound for pound my 5 year old nephew is the strongest person in my family, but I whoop him when he steps out of line...because he's five.

Or if you don't find grown women pissing their pants and passing out on the sidewalk appealing.

It's an almost impossible question to ask, because it depends on how one defines "best job". Some might consider quality of life, place to live, etc., etc.

At the moment, working for Joe Alleva...or his unknown successor...is a negative when comparing the two. It's hard to call LSU the better job right now when even LSU fans seem to agree that you would be working for the village idiot. And if and when he gets fired, who's to say that his replacement wouldn't be an a-hole?

When you consider one job over another, how many of us wouldn't consider who our boss would be? Right now, advantage Georgia.
