Heismans, decent recruiting classes- is not important.

Mean everything in the world, ask any Auburn fan.

By that Ole Miss has never beaten A&M and never will.

The only team we can't beat without a Manning is Alabama. The FREEZE is coming.

A&M could buy Ole Miss and the accountants wouldn't even notice anything was missing from the $7 billion. Probably write it off as a rounding error.

Arkansas could buy both and would give Ole Miss back.

Auburn's recruiting classes ranked ahead of Bama's a couple times this time of the year as well, because Rivals is infallible like the Pope and their opinion matters.

I don't think for a minute rivals is infallible, but you have to start grading somewhere. And where we're at right now is better than we've ever been.

Arkansas fans don't seem to have realized it yet, but they will soon enough. Their Texas pipeline is about to dry up.

Is this why your Athletic department had to borrow money from the Academic side a few years ago then refused to repay the debt?

Of course it is, there is only a handful of recruits each year.

Oh yeah I forgot that part of the rule- you can look down on teams you beat last year unless its Arky vs A&M and then the result is Heisman-level meaningless.

I'm not sure if Dale realizes that A&M's financial capabilities are much greater than everybody else's in the SEC.

A&M - 10th richest school (private or public) in the United States.

The power of numbers, natural resources, & the very best research school in the country.... does that

No real argument here.

It was a decade ago and it was paid back.

$10 million is nothing. We just announced a $425 million stadium remember?
