Not from Sav, my dad made a second home there after retirement, that home being a 53ft sailboat on Wilmington. No real property, just a boat within walking distance to a dive bar, and an old folks dating app.
He handled midlife crisis with a porsche 944 and hair plugs. For his latelife crisis, he's doing it the right way.

Is it not true that men aren't allowed to be in a sorority house unless an event is being hosted? My daughters were both in sororities in college and they both said they weren't allowed to bring men into their rooms. They also said all the maintenance staff there were women. I mean, it makes sense.

There are places online that will act as secure, verifiable intermediaries for bets between two anonymous parties.
There is literally no reason anymore for people to not go through with these kind of bets or to welch on them.
Either pony up or shut the frick up.
