There are reasons he's coaching where he is, at a washed up small time program. That he's rebuilt it looks good but that conference is very very weak and when he signed there it was an act of desperation as no one else would hire him.He's an administration's nightmare as many sources claim he hates recruiting, does not suck up to boosters and faculty wherever he's been hates him as well. And then there is that life - sized pirate statue in his office.
