You have to understand that A&M was an all male military college prior to the mid 60s.
Any team A&M had during, and immediately following WWI, WWII, and Vietnam was absolutely decimated.
That's not hyperbole. A&M sent over 14k commissioned officers into WWII which was more than the Naval Academy and West Point combined.
I don't think it's unreasonable to cut us some slack with regard to our athletic achievements during that time.

This is crap! MSU won the Frisbee Golf NC two years ago. Don't know who won it in 2010.

I was aware of that and respect the hell out of the history in that era. Don't expect much leniency from the folks on this board though.
