UT DT Signee, released. Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Mississippi State were all in his final list.
State has room since Webb is headed to JC.

Alabama has three open spots but I don’t see it happening.

JUCO and then at a school that was not in his finals out of HS

Did he qualify? And has Peterson qualified yet? Without those two, it drops the Vols' '18 class down to Ole Miss territory (who themselves are waiting on 4 of their top 7 recruits to enroll)

'Lawless has completed his work in the classroom, according to sources, and is hoping to enroll at a Football Bowl Subdivision program. But he won't be playing at Tennessee.'
Lawless committed to Tennessee on May 1, 2017. He picked the Vols over Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt, among others.

According to the Ole Miss rivals site, JJ Peterson qualified and took the last spot. Ole Miss and North Carolina have been in contact.
Ole Miss has 1 definite non-qualifier (Williams) and 1 maybe (Jefferson). The other 2 are expected to be fine.
