Irons was once a very good AU poster, could discuss a wide range of sports and football topics. He was rational and sensible at one time. Now he comes off as a bitter, disgruntled old curmudgeon.

Since I've been around on this site you've:
- Made up a super secret list of potential Auburn coaches that didn't include Bryan Harsin

- Most recently piled on one of the all-time bone-head topics in this board that said 'Bama's recruiting would suffer due to NIL.
So, let's recap how those shook out:
- Super secret list (
) was obviously complete fabrication. Some of the potential coaches listed reportedly didn't even interview for the job. - Mac Jones took the Patriots to the playoffs in his rookie season with a terrible OLine and his best receivers being a tight end and a WR who was the 49er's 5th-best receiving option the year before.
- 'Bama currently has the #1 recruiting class for 2023, a year after A&M proved that NIL could attract plenty of top prospects if the school had enough money to throw around.
Conclusion: Your predictions suck. Stop making them, and when they're wrong, stop doubling down anyway.

Not bitter and do not hate the University of Alabama. I direct my post toward the Cult and their ignorance and arrogance. It is something that is easy to call out, but becomes a group attack by those members. Their counter agreement only validates their ignorance. I don't go after some because they have the intelligence to present a legitimate arguement even if I think they are wrong. Someone like SOG I will discuss topics, until he becomes nasty with his retort. Then it's game on.

We saw how the Pats did last year with the nickel and dime passing game. We are hearing a lot in the pre-season on how bad the Pats Offense will be this year. We will see and I stick by my original statements.

I said that Bama would be fine short-term recruiting because Saban begged for money. I said it is not sustainable and will not be a long-term success story unless Saban gets the rules changed. He knows that.
You either can't read or are just too stupid to know what I wrote. I will flip a coin with either answer.
