It is time to move on. Ala. took us to the woodshed when it counted. If you think back several years ago, Ala beat the Tigers in a BR baseball game by 20 runs. We beat them in the World Series. I did not hear any of our fans say that we did not deserve the title. I also do not remember the Ala. fans acting like little bitches because of the two games. Grow the F up and get a life. We can set it right in November. If you think Ala. did not deserve to be in the game we will just have to agree to diasgree. Geaux Tigers.

The obvious difference being college baseball has a full playoff whereas in every year but 2011 the regular season is considered the playoff.

But go on with your badass self anyway.

"Badass"? Where do you get this? I just think it is time to move on. A new season is upon us and last years what if's will be no longer important. I will be in Tiger Stadium like I have been for the past 25 years. Unlike some here, I can remember the 3 win year and I appreciate what we have now. It is time for the cry-babies to go take a nap now....

Also, why can't we post our opinion on here without the internet tough guys getting personal?

I don't know. Why did you have to talk about growing "the F up" and getting a life?

I too remember the lean years of the 90s. That doesn't mean I'm going to be a Bama apologist and pretend to like it when my team gets screwed. I'm just a fan on an anonymous message board so I feel no need to "grow up" move on or whatever other homespun advice you have. My attitude won't affect the team this year.

This team has not lost a game in regulation. I know it does not mean much to you guys (media.) The point is, in a 60 minutes game, we play as competitive as we can be. There is not a team that we have played that has bested us in the first 60 minutes. If you had to look at the length and width of the game, that is how it is measured. Then you go to overtime, and I think our overtime system is just as flawed as any other overtime system. It’s just the way it is and it is probably correct. You have to decide it then where it takes the length of the field and certain situations out of it. It is imperfect, but a darn good system. You tell me if there are other teams in this country that can say that. If you just give us ties, like in the old system, we are undefeated with two ties. Maybe that adds up as one lost.

Guess who won the SEC Champ in 07?

USC has 0 BCS titles and Miami had 1 BCS title in that era .... That defines dynasty to you?

Big, I can see your point, I just think its time to move on, we LSU fans have turned on each other for six months. We all love the Tigers and wish they would never lose a game. You are right, our attitude will not affect the team. Our attitude does affect each other. My "homespun" opinions are just that. Take them as you wish. This is the last I will say on this thread as it is accomplishing nothing. The best to you and others who took offense as none was intended.

The only time your team got screwed was when Nick Saban and company raped your collective program's arse on January 9th.

If they didn't like it, they should have shown up to play. They didn't even get off the bus. I could put together a pick-up backyard football team from the members of this forum that could have managed to gain more than 92 yards of total offense over the course of 60 minutes.

Whose fault is that? The only blame to go around is that which falls squarely on the lap of the LSU coaching staff and your heartless, gutless team.

From 1987-2000, when Florida State was a national powerhouse, they won a grand total of 2 national championships - with only one of them being a BCS title. Are you going to say that their run in the 1990s wasn't a dynasty since they "only" won 2 national championships during that span?

If we are going by that very narrow definition of 3 or more national championships then the last true dynasties in college football history were:

1971-1981 Alabama Crimson Tide
1972-1979 USC Trojans
1983-1992 Miami Hurricanes
1993-1997 Nebraska Cornhuskers

Easy to finish in the top 5 every year when they played in the ACC.

To be fair they didn't join the ACC until 1992. And when they were Independent they were playing some pretty good schools.

And last time I checked, you don't get hardware for finishing in the top 5.

What dynasty? Gotta win more than one in a row.

Gotta side with the enemy here. I don't consider it a dynasty.

On top. Yes, but things change fast. I'm just soaking it all in right now.

Besides, since 2000 LSU is the the most dynastic team in all the land.

In the end it would be healthy to move on. It's just all for entertainment after all. So u probably have the right attitude.

Besides, nothing can top AU 2006 in terms of being screwed!
