Well the margin of victory was 24 in the Arky game and 32 in the SEC title game, so...
What were the scores before those punt returns though? Those plays were the sparks that ignited the rest of the scoring in both games.

Doesn't matter what the scores were before, all that matters is the scoreboard when the game ends.

You're clearly not understanding what I'm trying to say. Both those plays built momentum for the team the rest of the game. Our offense fed off momentum created by our defense. TM7's fumble recovery in the Oregon game, TM7's punt returns for tds, etc. I hate to use the analogy again but they were the spark that ignited the rest of the scoring. We were down 14-0 on Arky and hadn't gotten a first down against UGA until Mathieu got us on the scoreboard in both games.

You're right, but, the Bama game started off just like the Georgia/Arky games did........and it never got better.

I think we should create a new rule on the SEC Rant. No posts regarding championships, dynasties, etc from irrelevant SEC programs/fans. These discussions should be limited to the royal blood, the heart and soul of the SEC, teams like Bama, LSU, UF and okay...even AU gets a seat at the table because of 2010. TAMU who hasn't even played a game in the SEC should keep their mouths shut unless spoken to. Kiss the ring you lowlife peasant...

Some of you LSU fans are a sad lot. You're willing to tear down one of your greatest teams of all time that won 13 games and won the SEC. You guys had maybe the best defense of the last decade sans 2011 Bama, sick special teams and a dominant ground game, as well as a solid senior game manager until Miles screwed the pooch and brought back the face kicker who shold have just been left off the team. Even still you guys CRUSHED everyone you played outside of Bama and averaged close to 40 points a game. Who cares if your offense was sometimes sparked by a punt return or whatever, that's what good teams do. Our 92 title team was even more like that, each unit leaning on the other to help with field position, etc. The fact that you guys were a top 20 scoring team nationally says it all. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Hmmm. Well let's think about this before we go any further.
- When regarding discussing Championships we really need to eliminate the Championships Alabama won before A&M's most recent National Championship. Hell, if the Aggies are winning em, it must not be that hard, amirite? 25, 26, 30, and 34? Too long ago to be relevant, and too A&M's championships to feel legitimate.
- Do we really want to count co-championships? We have at least determined to this point that those are sort of bullshite... So lets not give any team unwarranted credit when they weren't good enough to win it outright. 61 and 73? Meh. Don't really count.
- We really need to eliminate any games where the head coach was an Aggie, since if they are winning em, something must of been really messed up that season. Sorry Gene. 92 really needs to be looked at closely.
- We then probably need to go ahead and eliminate anything won by Bear. He coached at A&M right before, and was going to deliver the same for Aggieland. Hell, at least at Texas A&M he coached a Heisman Trophy winner, and it didn't even take him that long to get one. For all he did at Alabama, he couldn't even get one player better than what he had at A&M. He probably would have won even more if he stayed in College Station. 64, 65, 78 and 79... don't really count.
- I agree about the SEC though. We haven't played a game and therefor we can't claim ourselves to be the best in the conference, much less the best in the land. Hell. Winning the SEC is pretty much winning the National Title... Unless of course you don't even win the SEC. I don't really think any National Titles claimed without winning the SEC really count either. 41 and 11... sort of illegitimate.
But you're right. I look forward to the day where A&M wins a National Title, and ties The Crimson Tide with their sole National Championship in 2009. Those discussions will be fun.

Read back a few pages and hopefully got the gist of it. My personal opinion is that the O did fine. The season changer came 11/5 when Lee got that deer-in-the-headlights look (he threw 2 pics which were bad of course but that look was much much worse). JJ did not win 11/5 game. The D and special teams did. After that, specifically Hogs and UGA game, the LSU O was clearly not the same. Instead of the game being over at some point in the 3rd, they didn't even get started till the 3rd. With the clarity of hindsight, Neither JJ nor Lee was going to beat the 2011 UA team. CLM decided not to give Zach his shot. I don't know why, I just have to trust his judgement.
Yes they are. I am not, in any way, singling out anyone...mainly referring to a large segment over at TD.

You obviously have way too much time on your hands. Do you need a job brah? I know some of the McDonalds franchise owners down in Texas...I can hook you up if you need.
BTW...future tip for trolling, when your trolling becomes so rediculous that everyone knows you don't really believe even half of what you type, you need to rethink your strategy. You can thank me later.
