Found the video I was looking for- Uncle Lou. Start at the 5:20 mark. He words it perfectly.
Background- Stoops got a tough question on his call in radio show after a loss and responded with "fans have a right to their opinion, but they can also pony up and donate to our collective". Uncle Lou tirades on that take and he's 100% spot on.
