No - I already posted the difference including the statement from the NCAA on both cases.

With all due respect Bamacick, Bama fans have totally ignored the NCAA's ruling on Cam being eligible for now.

The reasoning was b/c of this SEC by law that states a player should be ineligible permantly. You guys broke the same by law. So using Bama's logic, Julio and Mark should've been permantly ineligible regardless of what the NCAA ruled.

Like I said, this is what Bama fans have been saying since NCAA made a ruling. That's undeniable.

per the NCAA:

Q: What is considered mitigation that might distinguish one reinstatement case from another?

A: There are several factors, which may include the nature and scope of the violation, the assessed culpability of the student, the source of the benefits, and whether benefits were actually received by the student. Again, each case is unique and specific to each student.

Sounds about right to me..... Ingram and Jones were not culpable, and Cam didn't actually receive and benefit.... and what do you know.... both cases ended in restoration of their eligibility.

Again, if you think hundreds of thousands of dollars to secure a recruit's signature = a $500 one day fishing trip, then I'm done with you.

Did Mark and Julio receive an improper benefit?
Yes

Have bama fas been pointing this by law that states if you receive an improper benefit, you should be permantly ineligible?
Yes

Are Bama fans now saying, if we break this same by law,it's ok that a player isnt ruled ineligible. But if Cam broke the By law he should be ineligible?

Yes

Cam - felon, proven liar, as recently as last month.

Cecil - Proven liar and agreed by Auburn that he sought money for Cam.

Cecil and Cam - tight and conversed several times a week before signing. Cam loved one school, but so tight with his dad, he let him choose a different school. But he doesn't know anything.

What about all the athletes at Bama that got money from the whole textbook scandal? By strict definition, everyone of those athletes should have been banned from SEC play for their career.

He committed felony acts. He lied to the police. He lied to Auburn and SI last month in an article about what happened. He's got a track record of being dishonest.

and that makes him a felon?.... interesting.

By your above posts, I guess we can now label you a liar, seeing as how cam isn't a felon.
