No NFL owner will hire him. Too much baggage now.

if he has any amount of success at LSU the NFL will likely come calling at some point. His dad is too well respected in NFL circles and the NFL is full of unoriginal old men in charge who like to hire things they know already. They already know what you get with Lane. I wouldn't be surprised to see him leave, either.

You argument kind of falls on deaf ears when you fire your coach mid season to hire another team's coach before their season is over. Ole Miss is not the bad guy here at all.

Sure, sure. If Kiffin tells Louisiana State to frick off because I’m going to Alabama or Texas after stringing yall along for days and weeks, yall would say sure, stay and coach until the end of the season, that is the right thing to do

Louisiana State fans ladies and gentlemen. Proving themselves dumber than dog shite over and over
Leaving LSU for Bama or Texas is not even close to equal to leaving shitty Ole Miss. Pretending that Ole Miss is anywhere close to the level of those programs is the only reason that people are mad at this.

If people would rightly recognize that Ole Miss is closer to Vandy, no one would care about what is happening.

I think its shitty to build what he has built and finally get get there and then leave Ole Miss at the alter.

I don't particularly like Ole Miss, but I dont like seeing the underdog get kicked. Im sure a lot of folks think that way.

Now go on your way and enjoy coach Kiffin. It'll all die down eventually. Winning cures all.

But he didn’t leave them at the *altar*. They told him to leave.

Imagine getting to the altar (in this case the playoffs) only to find out that your fiancee has been sleeping with someone else and plans to leave you to go off with them as soon as the honeymoon is over. Not only do they admit it, they want you to be okay with it.
