Pff graded him out as a great run blocker.
But pff also mentioned that he lost his starting spot the 2nd half of the season and became the first player off the bench as the swingman.
Maybe a miss st fan can confirm or deny that. It doesn't sound like he was the best on the line at all.

Yeah. He coached 2 years on probation.
Maybe he was fired for keeping reese as a starter for the first 1.5 years. That makes about as much sense as your original comment.
