Can Aggie fans not afford satellite tv? La tech damn near punched there independence bowl rematch. And watch wat Fla and LSU did after two drives, SEC dynasties are built on line play and depth. Not trademarked nicknames.

meh. They beat Bama at BDS. They deserve to have a week pounding on their chest. We did it last year. Reality is aTm came into the league at the right time for them.
1) Arky went in the shitter after the Petrino scandal
2) Auburn is a dumpster fire atm, which isn't the norm
3) Ole Miss is still trying to get out the basement
So really, aTm at worst should be 4th in the west. State isn't as good as some thought, and you guys pulled the upset at Bama, so you are in third. That's about right. You lost 2/3 of your toughest tests this year which is about on par with most of the good teams in the SEC. It's been a good year for aTm, not a great one, but I think they proved they can play with the rest of the SEC at this point in the season. Next season may be completely different, but worry about that after the season.
Reality is, the rankings in the SEC atm (based on BCS) are:
Bama
UGA
Florida
LSU
aTm
Scarolina
pretty even across the board tbh.
Bama beat LSU lost to aTm
UGA lost to Scar beat Florida
Florida beat LSU, beat aTm, beat SCar, lost to UGA
LSU lost to FLorida, beat SCar, beat aTm, lost to Bama
aTm lost to Florida, lost to LSU, beat Bama
SCar beat UGA, lost to LSU, lost to Florida
nice parity if you ask me.

Aside from the obvious A&M people trolling, i've found most of the A&M people to be gracious in their victory. In my humble opinion, i think this years A&M team will be the leanest, weakest, A&M team we might ever see again for awhile. I think their recruiting and play will only get better from here on out. They did themselves a huge favor joining our conference.
