He must be symptom free within 7 days of the game in order to play. If he is still showing symptoms, then he won't be playing.
Personally, I would love for him to play so their will be no excuses. At the same time, I hope he plays only if he is fully recovered. No sense in risking your future for one or two games.

Very true, people do play the following week after a Mild concussion. Usually they walk to the side lines, not really knowing where they are, bein checked out by school docs and cleared to play the next week. Is a mild concussion the same as being knocked the frick out, layin on the field unconsious with your hands seizing? Once you do wake up, bein helped to the side lines where you dont know whats goin on, throwing up and being taken to the hospital? having ill effects a few days after???? This was a serious concussion.
Do i think Tebow will play? YES. SHould he? prob not.

i know what second impact syndrome is...my point is that there has been no info from the training staff at florida...for all we kno it could be no more than a mild concussion...yet posts have gotten ridiculous to the point of fearing for his life??? what info at this point has led people to believe that it is that serious? If he doesn't meet the criteria to play then he won't play...for all we kno he could have been symptom free by thursday which would be nearly 10 days...but who knows???? i just think these posts have gotten borderline insane

This is my point!!! This is all speculation..u r basing this opinion off of an espn camera...sure his hands went up in the air...there are also quotes from urban saying he didn't get knocked out...WE DON'T EVEN HAVE THE RESULTS BACK FROM HIS TESTS TO DETERMINE THE DEGREE OF THE CONCUSSION..you may very well be right...thats why these statements are soo insane

FWIW i'm not the least bit nervous. I've watched every lsu game this year and nothing you have put on the field to this point could possibly lead to me being nervous.

lsu could easily be 3-2 right now with losses to MISS ST and a bad UGA team. UF is a whole different animal than those teams you barely squeaked by. I really want Brantley to start and play the whole game and see the reactions on here after he leads UF to a 20+ win at TS.

We win easily IMO!! LSU does not strike fear in anyone anymore...you have lost that intimidation factor...going back to the 07 season, u have struggled to dominate teams u should dominate..
