Tailgating is not allowed there, maybe in old days, but not since the 90's.
Edit, I just looked it up. I stand corrected. They do allow one particular alumni club to tailgate there at the main house.
ETA2- It is only for former lettermen and their families, and it's an arrangement that Dooley personally setup with the alumni and the cemetery.

We don’t look down on a person who says ruff ruff ruff because UGA fans are an open minded and accepting people and understand that accents are common and part and parcel of human experience. Ruff ruff ruff or woof woof woof are acceptable along with most variations. Being able to discreetly fill a balloon with piss without leaving the stands and pissing on any fellow Dawg fans (pissing directly on opposing fans is an acceptable breach in etiquette) is an area where true Dawg fans perform masterfully….if you can do this while simultaneously doing the kickoff cheer you are amongst elite company. Only about half the 90,000 fans in Sanford stay can pull that off successfully….

In all fairness that tradition is one of love and respect for old ladies. We only do it hoping a shot to the head snaps them out of their stupor which has them pulling for anyone other than UGA and to provide them with some down time while they recover from the broken hip to reflect on their errant ways…

It’s Georgia man….those folks permanently residing in the graveyard vote…why shouldn’t they be involved with tailgating????
