UT fans what in year one are you most interested in? A revamped offense? What will be considered a successful season?

Do any worse than that and you’re basically just another bad coach who will be inevitably fired in a few years. Which is probably to be expected anyway.

Can he get to 7 and 5? Every game is so important to UT. Take nobody lightly and I mean nobody.

11 wins next year. He will win multiple nattys. He's cut from the same cloth as Saban.

The schedule is set up to where it’s possible. He would have to win 3 of 5 “toss up-ish” games though.

Don’t say stupid things at press conferences, sound like hillbilly, and field a competent team. I can live with the rest if we suck

I saw a few UCF games this year and year prior, I’ll tell you this, if he doesn’t run it, he likes taking shots down field, sometimes it felt like an offense when I play NCAA football, just go long every play. It could be fun to watch. That’s if he took his OC, who came from the Art Briles spread

At this point, what qualifies for success at Tennessee?

6-6, 7-5 and a bowl win?

I fully expect Heupel to turn Tennessee into the Texas Tech of the SEC.

The defense will be an afterthought and give up 37 plus points a game and over 480 total yards a game.

One day a few season from now, the Vols will lose 61-58 to a lower tier team. The fanbase will be like, we scored 58 and lost to _______. That'll start the downward spiral for Heupel.
