look up MSU rendering it is a full apartment in there - if you can stay there year a round not bad

Is the baseball stadium within walking distance of the football stadium?
If so those are extremely valuable.

The are not residences but more like extended stay hotels or time shares. Those details have yet to be worked out. Last I heard they were trying to pitch them for each sport with booking based on bulldog club points... that's message board rumors though. They will be constructed at a later date and got pushed out of the original plans to do it all at once
