What’s best for this underperforming once #1 team

A) Sark calling all plays?
B) Sark stepping aside and giving that job to an experienced OC?
A) Sark keeping Arch in ?
B) Sark benching Arch and allow Bell/Lacey to step in?
A) on 3rd and 1, do a shotgun snap and a sideways incomplete pass ?
B) on 3rd and 1, no shotgun and run the ball straight ahead?
A) on 2nd and short, call a passing play and have Arch take too long to see his unopened receivers and either throw an incompletion or interception ?
B) on 2nd and short, call a passing play and have Arch throw to the open receiver pass the yard of gain for a 1st down. ?

Sark needs to hire an OC or get fired so he can be an OC somewhere else
