One of the fastest growing cities in the country but is definitely the same as Detroit.

Seriously, if I had to move back to the South it would be Knoxville and east and south back to Chattanooga and then further to Huntsville. That's about it. Has more to do with the weather than anything. Eastern TN/West NC is beautiful!
