Gotta be USC right?

Pre Smart Georgia was a trendy pic but they have discovered gold.

So I fall back to USC. Their history is ridiculous, 2 coaches with 8 championships between them. Pete frickin Carroll. Its been blown to hell..They have everything going for them and it isnt close.

They beat out other chronic underachievers like A&M.

Texas A&M...zero fricking question. USC has modern titles and one of the best CFB teams ever included in that.

Easily us aggies. We are the champions of underachieving. Print the shirts and hang the banner. #1 by a country mile

When it comes to chronic underachieving, nobody beats our Texas A&M Aggies, of ANY era.

What about the most underachieving program this decade? It has to be LSU.

Probably LSU. Former NFL players on roster and still not picked to make CFP.

South carolina has been pretty bad since Spurrier left.
