I do think, there is and when the trial rolls around and it is presented it will show Miller as being more involved than what is known now. Alabama is willing to take that chance cause they have plausible deniability and Miller will be done with his first year in the NBA before the trial starts.

Sometimes the jokes just write themselves. (actually most of the time when it's an Lsu poster)

Kelly also oversaw the Notre Dame program when Lizzy Seeberg, a student at nearby St. Mary’s College, reported a Notre Dame football player had sexually assaulted her. A different Fighting Irish player texted her “Don’t do anything you would regret. Messing with Notre Dame football is a bad idea.” Overcome with fear that the player would never face any consequence, and that the athletes in a program she so revered growing up would therefore feel emboldened to continue abusing women, she ended her own life. Confronted with questions about Seeberg’s death and his team’s possible role in causing it, Kelly joked that he couldn’t believe the Chicago Tribune still employed so many reporters. The next year, according to reporting from the National Catholic Reporter, a Notre Dame student opted not to tell police about being raped by a Fighting Irish football player because she remembered the way Seeberg coming forward elicited only hostility and indifference.
Brandon Miller delivered a gun to a murder scene and Nate Oats said he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I’m just saying., y’all want to complain about your rivals wanting him benched to hurt the team.., yet y’all want him to play , because you know it would hurt the team.
How about do what right.. how about that?
Your AD, Coach, and player(s) brought this on themselves. From a publicity standpoint.
Someone from Alabama leadership needs to standup and do the right thing for the integrity of the University; not the success of the men’s basketball team and it’s coach!

When Miller got to the scene, Miles told Davis, “The heat is in the hat.” Det. Brandon Culpepper said that meant a gun was present
you need to brush up on your Hood Rat jargon if your gonna support a team with 3 players at a murder scene. It had nothing to do,with an actual hat

Did he leave with miles?
Did he help hide the gun?

I agree.
The police and the DA know exactly what he did as there seems to be plenty of eyewitness testimony and video evidence from the night in question. They have the ability to put together a pretty elaborate timeline and have chosen not to arrest or charge Miller with a crime based on all of the evidence they have at their disposal.
This could mean one of either two things:
1. A massive conspiracy that will easily be exposed at trial and send dozens of people to prison
2. Miller did nothing criminal or illegal

It really is. There is security camera footage, there is dashcam footage, and there is eyewitness testimony from more than one witness. We also have text message communication between all parties involved.

+ according to the police report, Miller blocked the victim's car (source: al.com)

Anyone else would have been arrested immediately
