Not sure what your point is!! Several of these coaches were good. A few just couldn't get past Auburn which is a no-no. Gene Stallings won a national championship. Dubose won an SEC Championship. Many of these coaches won 8-10 games in their short tenure at Bama. I'll do you 1 better this was the worst 25 year stretch in the history of Alabama football. Is this the best you got? Don't get it twisted son! We may not have been up to Alabama standards but if LSU's worst period equaled ours during this stretch you might have 1/4 of the history we have. How many 20 year stretches has Alabama gone without winning a Natty? Now do LSU? I'll wait

The money and fame drove Dabo to lose all perspective.
I can see how that could happen.

At least Dabo carried on for several years, unlike Ed O, who lost his shite immediately.

Ok I get it...I'll play along. Yes Bama has had some shitty coaches like every single school in the NCAA. Once again....How many has LSU had? I'll wait

Never have I seen a more successful fan base display a greater inferiority complex.

Is Clemson considered a football school?

Because I just realized Bama has 15 more national championships and 4 more Heisman winners than Clemson.

Jesus my home state team is dominant!

Not an inferiority complex at all. I mean why? The Bama football program is greater in every aspect than LSU's. Hell most programs. Thats not even debatable...Its just that we were talking about Dabo and you started rattling off mediocre/average Bama coaches like LSU or any other program didn't any and I don't see the relevance to the conversation at hand. I mean why didn't you rattle out LSU's mediocre coaches, or Michigans, or Notre Dames? Now you see who subconsciously has an inferiority complex? That is all brother

Not an inferiority complex at all. I mean why?
That's my question. Why do Alabama fans try so hard to convince those around them of their significance? It's an underlying tone in literally EVERY post.

Who are you trying to convince?

I am honestly concerned about you folks' mental well-being when Saban retires and Alabama falls back down to mediocrity.

Is there anything in that state to live for besides football? Honest question.

I don't believe there is, and that's why you folks are so desperate to tell someone...anyone, that you have any semblance of relevance.

ETA: It also illustrates the irony in your post that I originally responded to...

Imagine if Clemson ever sneaks into the SEC. These guys have the cultish personalities of Aggy with the arrogance of Bama.

Once again, this thread was started and the topic of discussion was about Dabo. YOU are the one that started rattling off a string of Bama coaches when it has nothing to do with the topic of the thread whatsoever. That is textbook inferiority complex. You brought Bama into a thread that had nothing to do with Bama. Its like you can't smell your own shite. The statement you made about Bama coaches can be done with every NCAA team under the sun. Name a team that has had nothing but Nick Sabans, or Paul Bryants, or Urban Meyers. I'm merely asking the question "Why Bama?" Especially when its not even related to the thread. It's amazing that you can't even see how that shows your inferiority complex. Everyone else...Dabo this, Dabo that....Here you come...."Bama has had suck coaches before." Everybody else looking around like "What? Where the hell did that come from? We were talking about Dabo". It's really quite sad.

Glad you agree with me that your original gotcha attempt at Dabo and Clemson was both immature and ironic.

Here, let me help refresh your memory since you don't seem to be able to recall what you posted a couple of hours ago.

I told you asshats that as soon as yall start losing coaches your days were numbered. Well guess what? Your time is up! The devil has come to collect. Take solace in the time you were significant and enjoy it for what its worth. It's time to admit it, step aside and allow the true Titans of football fight it out.

He was highly revered..No one wanted him to leave but he couldn't get alone with the Bama athletic director at the time.
