There's no hatred per say, but your fan base is rather annoying. Even Alabama fans don't talk as much shite, and they have many reasons to.

When they joined the SEC, they replaced Texas with us (in their own minds). arky has been hating a big brother type team for 120 years.
They measure their self-worth as a program and as fans as being able to knock off a big program. They're "just little ole Arkansas" vs "big ole Texas" (Houston Nutt).
It made more sense in the SWC because if they could knock off Texas in a down year, it meant they could possibly get a SWC championship and a Cotton Bowl birth. In the SEC there are about 6 big time Texas level programs, so it's not enough to just win one big "upset" game.

You can try to avoid the underlying point by sticking your head in the sand, but Arkansas is simply not in LSU's tax bracket. We are the 3rd best program in the SEC; Arkansas is 8th at best. We have more wins, a significantly higher win percentage, more national titles, more conference titles, more All Americans, more NFL players, better facilities, better recruits, etc. The list goes on and on.
Beating us at the tail end of our coach's tenure isn't going to change all that. Again, you're jealous of LSU. There's nothing wrong with that

Yeah, we don't have a traditional rival so our hatred just sort of rotates. In the 90s it was Florida, first half of this decade Auburn, and now currently Bama.
Honestly feel like the Bama hate is losing its intensity. We're ADD like that. I bet Aggy can take the mantle next if they blow us out or injure Arden Key on a chop block or something.

Arkansas fans are just sad. Not much going for them outside of football and even that isn't much for them to get excited about past October every year.

LSU is only LSU because of Les Miles recruiting. LSU stupidly felt like they deserved to be in the same class as Alabama, and when they kept getting whooped by them (and Arkansas), they fired their most successful coach ever. Now LSU fans have pipe dreams of hiring a homerun hire. Guess what? not gonna happen. Hope your happy with yaw yaw cause that is LSU's ceiling.

No one gives a shite about Arkansas. It's an afterthought of a program, in arguably the country's worst state, that is consistently overshadowed by half the SEC West. Even when LSU is playing worse than Arkansas, we still get more attention.
I'll give you almost all of that. However, Louisiana is a shite state. Arkansas, especially Northwest Arkansas is light years ahead of Louisiana in everything that matters. So in essence, Louisiana wins on Saturday's for 12 weeks of the year. Arkansas wins the other 353 days.
